President dismissed the head of General Staff

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky dismissed Victor Muzhenko from the post of the head of the General Staff of Ukraine.

The new head of the department will be Ruslan Homchak. The relevant decrees №301 / 2019 and №302/2019 are published on the website of the Presidential Administration.

Recall, Muzhenko headed the General Staff of Ukraine since July 2014.

Earlier, the “Journalist” reported that Zelensky dissolved the parliament and called early parliamentary elections in Ukraine on July 21.
