The leader of the Servant of the People party Dmytro Razumkov said that the former head of the Odesa Oblast State Administration Mikheil Saakashvili will not be able to participate in the upcoming elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 112 Ukraine reports.
“He [Saakashvili – ed.] cannot be enlisted to any party, because under the current legislation he would have to live for five years on the territory of Ukraine. He lived four and, apparently, less, because this period of time he also falls out of this time cycle,” Razumkov explained.
