The Supreme Court has refused to levy in favor of PrivatBank the property of Privat group companies, owned by Igor Kolomoisky. The bank filed a complaint demanding to pay off the loan debt in the amount of UAH 564.3 million. The relevant decision has already been made public.
PrivatBank was trying to recover from Kolomoisky debt in the amount of UAH 564.3 million on a loan that the bank issued back in 2008. We are talking about a land plot of UAH 52.6 million value located in Kyiv (owned by AS-MVK) and 92 real estate objects of the financial capital asset management company.
The court did not satisfy the cassation appeal.
The decision comes into force from the moment of its adoption; it is not subject to appeal.
