Ukraine ranked 64th among 190 countries in the Doing Business 2020 investment attractiveness rating. It is reported by the Government Portal.
Ukraine improved its performance according toon six out of ten indicators taken into account by the World Bank experts. Ukraine has shown the greatest progress in the topic “Protecting Minority Investors” and “Dealing with Construction Permits” (up 10 points). Ukraine’s ranking was also influenced by positive changes in the followingtopics: “Getting Electricity”, “Trading across Borders”, “Registering Property”, “Getting Credit”.
New Zealand lead the investment attractiveness rating, according to the World Bank website. Singapore is second, and Hong Kong is third. Last place in the ranking took Somalia.
