Donbas occupation command investigates embezzlement of funds allocated for engineering equipment of militant positions.
This was announced by the spokesman for the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Colonel Oleksandr Motuzyanyk, referring to intelligence data.
The Russian occupation command launch a comprehensive inspection of condition of the engineering equipment in advanced units and formations of 1st (Donetsk) and 2nd (Luhansk) army corps of the Russian Armed Forces, and the commission pays close attention to conditions of artillery and tank units combat positions, restored after the winter period.
“The commission found that part of photo reports provided by the heads of engineering services in the first quarter of the current year do not correspond to reality. The reports show photographs of the last year’s positions under the guise of new ones, allegedly equipped at the expense allocated funds,” added Motuzyanyk.
The enemy command is carrying out official investigations related to revealed violations and theft of funds allocated for the engineering equipment of the Russian troop’s frontline positions.
