Ukraine intends to digitize all public services over the next three years. Liga.net reports, citing the Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk, as saying.

He noted that 50 services will be digitized in 2020. The PM also said that the state is expanding the “functionality of documents”. For example, it became possible to buy a plane ticket using a driver’s license.

To Honcharuk, the government is working on to ensure there is a person, responsible for digitalization in every oblast and every small town.

“Only 9% of Ukrainians use online services. Accordingly, 91% do not use them at all. We plan to teach 6 million Ukrainians to use digital skills over the next three years,” Honcharuk said.

Zelensky: Ukrainians would have got access to digital passports by the end of winter.
