The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine has stated that as of June 30, the volume of state and guaranteed debt of the country grew by 2.5% in dollar equivalent, or USD 1.96 billion.
The total amount of public debt at the end of June amounted to UAH 2.102 trillion, or USD 80.35 billion.
The external debt amounts to UAH 1.04988 trillion (49.94% of the total amount) or USD 40.12 billion. Internal debt is UAH 782.42 billion (37.22%), or USD 29.9 billion.
At the end of June, the state-Guaranteed Debt amounted to UAH 270.11 billion or USD 10.32 billion (12.85% of the total amount), the League writes.
To Finance Minister Oksana Markarova, Ukraine should pay UAH 418 billion debts (about USD 16 billion) in 2019.
