Servant of the People political faction believes that Ukraine will be able to apply to the UN with a demand to create a new format for resolving the conflict in Donbas, in case Normandy Four summit fails, Donbass News reports.

MP from the Servant of the People party Iryna Vereshchuk has noted that Ukraine will be able to appeal to the UN so that the world community offers another format or alternative instrument to settle Donbas conflict.

“In my opinion, if the summit passes to no avail – it will still be the result to some extend. If the worst happens and we do not come to any signed roadmap or other documents, we can contact the UN to search for other formats or instruments that the international community could offer, if the Normandy Four summit doesn’t work,” Vereshchuk said.

The Normandy Four summit should be held in Paris on December 9.
