Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has approved the structure of a defense plan.
This is stated in the presidential decree No. 61/2020 dated March 3.
The head of state, in accordance with the Part 3 of Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Defense of Ukraine”, decided to approve the structure of the plan of defense of Ukraine.
The text of the plan structure has not been published, as it is for official use only.
In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers, with the participation of the Security Service of Ukraine, the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine, was instructed to ensure the development of a plan of defense of Ukraine in accordance with the structure approved by this decree, and submit it to the Council of National Security and Defense of Ukraine.
