Artillery shells of the Second World War were found in the Desniansky district of Kyiv near the Almazne Lake.

“On May 6, in the tract of Lysa Gora (Goloseevsky district) an artillery shell AC-75 mm was found, and in Kraynia street (Desniansky district) at the Almazne Lake there were found: artillery shell AC-152 mm was found (1 unit), AC-122 mm (1 unit), and AC-75 mm (1 unit). All munitions are of the Second World War times,” the press service of the State Emergencies Service reports.

The rescuers seized dangerous finds and destroyed them at the site.

Earlier, The Journalist reported that 29 WWII artillery shells were found in Kyiv.
