President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed the heads of regional departments of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) in six oblasts of Ukraine. The relevant decrees are published on the presidential website.
In particular, new SBU chiefs were appointed in the following oblasts:Pavlo Daniukov appointed as head of SBU department in Volyn Oblast; Anatoliy Denysenko became head of SBU department in Vinnytsia Oblast; Serhiy Zayats was appointed as head of SBU department in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast; Evhen Borzilov appointed head of SBU department in Poltava Oblast; Yurii Boreichuk appointed head of SBU department in Ternopil Oblast and Serhiy Kryvoruchko became head of SBU department in Kherson Oblast.
Zelensky also appointed Ihor Nosko chief of SBU’s state secrets department.
In turn, the president fired the head of the SBU in Dnipropetrivsk Oblast, Andrii Oleynyk.
