President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky will sign a decree against raiding in the field of registration, the Presidential press service said.
Volodymyr Zelensky together with the leadership of the President’s Office visited the village of Putrovka (Kyiv Oblast). The Head of State came to verify the truthfulness of information about the illegal activity of the local communal registrar.
As it turned out, there was a house of culture in the room where according the documents a communal registrar was located.
During the conversation with the residents of the village and representatives of local authorities, as well as First Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine Olena Sukmanova, the Head of State proposed a representative of the Ministry of Justice to block the possibility for communal registrars to carry out operations – until order would have been restored in this area.
“In Ukraine, on average, 2-3 times a day the owner is changed illegally. We can update the composition of the anti-raider Commission of the Ministry of Justice. We can turn off all registrars who are currently creating risks of raidering. Disconnect,” the President said.
In his turn, the Head of the Office of the President Andrii Bohdan noted that the Presidential Decree on against raiding in the field of registration will appear in the near future.
“These registrars receive electronic access keys for raiding. This is the fault of the state that allowed the existence of such a registration form. Since the state cannot guarantee the integrity of access to these registries, this scheme must be discontinued,” Bohdan said.
At the same time, the representative of the Ministry of Justice stressed that this problem is not new so that disabling unscrupulous registrars is carried out in manual mode.
As The Journalist reported, management of the “Kyiv” cinema announced an attempted raider seizure.
